that's definitely not it. everybody's got hobbies and favourites.

he started to get into anime because of Onoda

but he doesn't talk to me about it so i'm not sure to what extent

what about music? movies? girls?

rock, mostly. but his family's bakery plays lots of enka and you can tell he likes it. he sings it really well

his favorite kind of movies are action, history dramas and things with families. one of his favorites is Bread of Happiness

he says he just likes tall girls with hips but he obviously really likes curvy girls. the motherly ones are his type too

a guy like that sounds like he doesn't need anything too elaborate. just for all his friends to show up.

let's go for something traditional, then. like a big hot pot and sushi party, with traditional clothing and enka karaoke. and tons and tons of food. my sister knows all about that stuff.
